Refund Policy

All sales are final once the PDF is downloaded, with two exceptions. We will refund your purchase on request within 14 days if:

• your letter has an error, such as missing or incorrect details or the wrong insurer; or
• a technical problem stopped you from downloading the PDF.

To request a refund, reply to your Stripe payment receipt email and tell us what went wrong.
